We are experienced in Sales Cloud, as well as Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and Field Service Lightning. We take maximum advantage of the possibilities offered by the platform and, where necessary, we are able to expand it by external systems supporting the Salesforce solution.

A flexible and configurable CRM system that is a comprehensive response to business needs. It is used by large, medium-sized and small enterprises. Sales Cloud provides customer data and information by transparently creating a 360-degree view. The solution streamlines your business in the area of sales, it helps you gain a competitive edge, and primarily it allows you to provide appropriate and improved customer service. The application shows the person who is to manage a future customer all the steps that need to be taken to achieve conversion. After successful qualification, the lead can be immediately converted to a customer and a sales opportunity. The conversion mechanism makes it very easy to report the customer conversion rate to depict the overall performance of the sales team. For more complex sales models, the platform can be expanded to include CPQ (Configure Price Quote), which contains extensive product configuration, pricing and invoice generation modules.

Pardot
A part of Sales Cloud, the platform is used for marketing automation. It allows Marketing and Sales to send automated e-mails, launch targeted e-mail campaigns and manage the process of soliciting new customers. With Pardot, salespeople have the tools they need to find the best leads and convert them to quality Opportunities. Pardot also makes it possible to monitor campaign efficiency with configurable navigation desktops. In this way, it is easier to check which campaigns bring the anticipated results and calculate the ROI for the marketing activities.
Marketing Cloud

A platform for creating personalised customer journeys to reach specific customers using multiple channels (e.g. e-mails, social media, websites). It makes it possible to analyse customer behaviour and use this to present specific content. The platform permits real-time marketing communications through a notification system. It offers several interesting modules and applications to choose from. They include Predictive Intelligence, which uses analysis of customer behaviour on the website to display recommendations related to products or specific items. Journey Builder is a powerful tool that let’s build strong relationship with your clients and react to their online activity. Another module is Social Studio - a social media management application.

Use this platform to effectively and quickly provide support to your customers. Service Cloud offers personalized customer experience and decreases resolution time for client’s requests to your business Agents are equipped with tools to streamline communication and can reach customers with mobile messages, online chats and social media. Furthermore, the platform makes the daily work easier for field agents, dispatchers and technical support. It permits: planning in a system based on artificial intelligence; workload optimisation; and access to task and work schedules and to subject-specific articles, both online and offline. Service Cloud is also a platform for smarter request tracking and management through any channels of communication with your customer.
Community Cloud
Community Cloud
Within this product, you can create portals available to all customers and your employees, which allow them to communicate and present various content connected with your business. Additionally, the Chatter module makes it possible to contact other users, create conversations, ideas and rate the answers of other users. It is available from any device. Community Cloud users are able to chat, share the screen and exchange data and images in real time. The platform handles customer relationship management and provides customers with the channels to search for information and communicate with other customers. Community Cloud is also an excellent solution for employees – they can use it to communicate for purposes related to technical support, human resource management and to streamline collaboration between dispersed teams. Moreover, company management may use the platform for efficient communication with business partners and other third parties.
