We strive to make the conference programme attractive. The subject area of lectures is internally discussed by technology teams who collectively determine common objectives, as well as the employees’ needs the proposed presentations should fulfil. The participants not only have an opportunity to deepen their technical knowledge, but also to develop their soft skills. The role of the speaker is taken by our Java, .NET, Front-end, Salesforce, Business Intelligence and UX experts, as well as HR representatives and many others, who have a passion for sharing their knowledge. Every year, we also invite special guests to speak at our conference, giving inspiring and motivating lectures.

The last edition’s special guest was General Roman Polko, the former GROM Military Unit commander, who gave a lecture entitled “I shall never leave my fallen comrade behind: The responsibility for the team and the task”. Furthermore, a special presentation – Power Speech – was given by Paweł Fortuna, a psychologist and a writer, who discussed the topic of AI perception.
